MDA Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least five business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than five business days before the event are non-refundable.

Photo Consent Notice 

By registering for or attending any event hosted by the MDA, I give permission for the MDA to photograph or record me for use in event-related news coverage, promotional materials, or publicity. 

Acknowledgement of Support

MDA CE event sponsors help make our programs possible. As part of their sponsorship, they receive a course roster and may reach out to attendees following the event.
