Dentists and dental team members can join in on an experience that combines fun, sun, relaxation and learning. This seven-day cruise departs from Port Canaveral, Florida on January 16, 2027, and travels to St. Maarten, Puerto Rico, and Perfect Day at CocoCay in the Bahamas. Continuing education courses will be offered during the days at sea covering caries management, operative dentistry, and implants.

Dr. Melissa Seibert is a comprehensive dentist, educator, and entrepreneur focused on advancing evidence-based dentistry. She is the creator and host of the Dental Digest Podcast, a top-ranked dental podcast globally that features conversations with leading clinicians, researchers, and industry experts to translate emerging science into practical clinical application. Dr. Seibert is known for her emphasis on critical thinking, adhesive dentistry, and modern restorative workflows. She lectures nationally and internationally, and has served as a key opinion leader and consultant across restorative, digital, and preventive dentistry. She is the founder of Elevated GP, an educational platform designed to help general dentists develop clinical mastery through structured, evidence-based learning and mentorship. Her work is centered on empowering dentists to practice intentionally and continually refine their clinical decision-making.
Dr. Seibert earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from the University of Louisville and completed advanced clinical training through the U.S. Air Force’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) programs. She has been recognized as one of Incisal Edge magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40 Dentists in America.”
