About the Speaker:
Alissa Parks is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with a master’s degree in public policy and administration from Michigan State University. Parks has over 25 years of senior leadership experience within the government and non-profit sector, where she led a variety of statewide initiatives, programs, operations, and teams. She is a skilled facilitator and trainer, with expertise in board development, strategic planning and group dynamics, organizational culture, and team building. Parks also has in-depth experience in compensation plan design and analysis, policy and workflow development, and employee engagement and performance management.
