Modern implant dentistry is driven by prosthetic outcomes, making restorative planning essential to surgical success. This course provides practical, step-by-step protocols to help general dentists confidently place implants and deliver predictable restorative results. Topics include atraumatic extractions, socket grafting, single-unit cases, soft tissue management, anterior esthetics, and full-arch restorations from overdentures to All-on-X. Emphasis will be placed on proper flap design, graft material selection, and suturing techniques that promote optimal healing and esthetics. Through real-world surgical applications and clinical tips, participants will gain the confidence and skills needed to enhance outcomes in implant site development and overall surgical success.
