• Identify the four Financial GAPs - Effort, Collections, Overhead, and Cash Flow - and discover where money is lost as production moves through the practice from gross production to true profit.

About the Speaker:
Dr. Barrett Straub is the CEO of Smile Source and a former private practice owner with nearly 20 years of experience in fee-for-service dentistry and oral sedation. A graduate of Marquette Dental School, his advanced training includes Spear, LVI, DOCS, and Seattle Study Club. Barrett joined the ACT Dental leadership team in 2017 and, after selling his practice, he became full-time CEO in April 2023. Now the CEO of Smile Source, he is excited to use his passion to help independent dentists realize a better practice and better life. Barrett lives in Wisconsin with his wife, Katie, and their two daughters.
