Course Description:
Difficult conversations are an inevitable part of leading a successful dental practice, and how they're handled can have a lasting impact on employee performance, accountability, and team culture. This interactive session discusses the reasons why conversations become difficult, how to prepare for them and lead respectful, productive conversations while addressing performance concerns and conversation challenges with confidence. Participants will leave with tools they can immediately use to strengthen leadership, improve communication, and foster a more engaged and accountable team.
